The North Carolina All Cargo Air Carrier has recently undergone satisfactorily a FAA Certificate Holder Evaluation Process (CHEP) which provides the Flight Standards Service with standard policies and procedures to evaluate Code of Federal Regulations (14 CFR) Parts 121 certificate holders. CHEP evaluates Part 121 Air Carriers for regulatory compliance on a five-year schedule, as mandated by U.S. Congress.
Additionally, 21 Air, LLC earlier in the year received a satisfactory yearly audit by the U.S. Transportation Security Administration “TSA” with only a minor discrepancy noted out of thirty inspections, which was immediately corrected and closed.
We continue to make every effort in keeping 21 Air as a very safe and reliable Air Carrier, an essential component to continue creating a robust platform for our projected fleet’s growth. We are very proud to maintain an extraordinary compliance record status before all U.S. and foreign government agencies during our almost three (3) years of flight operations history with an immaculate compliance record, said Adolfo Moreno, 21 Air’s Chairman.
