Information about Miami accident involving Flight 7598

September 17, 2026 Update

We remain devastated by the accident in Miami involving one of our aircraft on September 6, 2026, and continue to send our condolences to the family, friends and loved ones of those impacted by this tragic event.

In recent days we have:

• Worked to support everyone affected by the accident, including providing resources to those who were injured, the loved ones of those who lost their lives, and our colleagues
  
• Continued to work closely with the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) as a party to the investigation.
  
• Reinforced all elements of our safety management systems and policies across the company.
  
• Safely moved the aircraft from the accident site to a secure location within the airport perimeter so that it can be preserved for the investigation, as required. The aircraft was released to us by the NTSB and local authorities following the conclusion of their initial onsite investigation.
  

We will continue to work closely with the NTSB as the investigation unfolds, and remain confident in our safety policies, procedures and training.
